A TRURO man has been found not guilty of raping a woman after a night out.
Carlos Roche, 36, of Moresk Road, went on trial at Truro Crown Court on Monday accused of raping and sexually assaulting the woman in December 2012.
Jason Beal, for the Crown Prosecution Service, told the jury that the woman had fallen asleep on Roche's sofa when she woke up to find him behind her and that he raped her.
