TRURO magistrates have made a restraining order against a Pengegon man accused of causing problems for female stall-holders and staff at Camborne Market while drunk.Daniel John McKay, 29, of Stablys, Dolcoath, Pengegon, pleaded not guilty to three charges, of harassing Suzanne and Whitney Kuhnhausen and Tamsyn McGinnis, and the prosecution offered no evidence against him on the making of the order, which bans him from going to the market or contacting four named females.
