ALCOHOL treatment is to be considered for a repeat offender who stole from shops and assaulted a police officer.However, Matthew Moore, aged 42, of Bassett Road, Camborne, was warned by magistrates that he could be jailed after they heard he had 67 previous convictions for theft.Moore appeared before Bodmin magistrates in custody on Monday to admit thefts at St Austell on March 26 and 28 and assaulting the officer on March 28.Mike Brown, for the prosecution, said Moore stole meat worth...
