THE DRIVER of a car involved in a collision with another vehicle at Penryn told the police he had four beers beforehand and was at fault.
"I am drunk. I admit it," said Joshua Llewellyn Mitchell, 25, of Trevallack Close, St Keverne, who pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to drink driving on February 27 when he tested at 54mcg alcohol, 19 points over the limit.
