A 63-YEAR-OLD man from the Helston area is set to stand trial accused of threatening to kill a woman and assaulting her and causing actual bodily harm.
At Truro Crown Court on Tuesday, Ian Henderson, of Greatwork, Ashton, pleaded not guilty to three allegations, relating to February 27.
Henderson, who appeared by video link, is accused of making threats to kill Nina Granger, assaulting her and damaging her pink Nokia mobile phone.
