A ST DAY man hit his brother in the eye with a baton during a fight on the side of the road.
Sheldon Old, 28, of Little Beside, had met up with his brother Ashley on September 7, 2012, and the pair were at Rame Cross when they fell out and began to fight, Truro Crown Court heard on Thursday.
