A HOMELESS man who mounted a campaign of abuse against the manager of a care home in Perranporth has been jailed.
Dean Brannigan, 55, of no fixed address in Truro, started being abusive towards Deborah Finlay after his mother Barbara Brannigan, aged 88, was moved into the Sunningdale care home in October.
At Truro Crown Court on Friday he admitted harassing her by making numerous abusive phone calls, and causing disruption at her place of work between November 17 and 20.
