A FORMER parking security manager who swindled nearly £50,000 from his employers has been ordered to repay the nominal sum of £1 as his benefit from his criminal activities.
Kristden Kinson, 39, formerly of Truro, was jailed for 32 months in November after admitting three counts of theft.
Kinson was labelled a "brazen conman" by the sentencing judge for stealing more than £10,000 by pocketing cash from pay-and-display machines at Discovery Quay car park in Falmouth.
