A man from North Cornwall has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a cold case was re-opened.
The body of 74-year-old Joan Roddam was found near her home at West Downs, near Delabole on November 8 in 2003.
A post mortem examination revealed that she had died from asphyxiation.
Police said Cornwall's Major Crime investigation Team had carried out a review of the case.
