A man has appeared before Truro magistrates accused of biting a dog.
Giving an address in Gwent, but alleged to have committed the offence in Penzance, Timothy John Noonan was charged with seven offences in all, including two of causing unnecessary suffering to a Boxer dog bitch by throwing her against a sideboard and kicking her, and on another occasion by picking her up by the throat and biting her, in December last year.
