BODMIN magistrates have fined James Woolf, aged 27 and of Mayfield Road, Newquay, £110 and banned him from driving for 20 months after he admitted driving with 80 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg, at Newquay on February 9.He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £20 surcharge. His ban will be reduced by 20 weeks if he completes an approved course.
