A PENRYN mother defrauded her elderly aunt of £95,000 and used the money to pay for family expenses, Truro Crown Court heard on Thursday.
Catherine Aitkenhead, 48, of Penvale Close, held power of attorney over Jean Dryden's affairs and looked after her aunt in her own home between 2009 and 2011.
