TWO young men have denied using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Truro on December 21 last year.William Tolcher, aged 19, of Leader Road, Newquay, and Vaughan Laird, 23, whose address was given as care of Fortescue Close, Foxhole, appeared at Truro Magistrates' Court on Thursday.They were granted conditional bail to appear before the court for trial on April 9.
