A HELSTON policeman has been accused of committing a string of serious offences including fraud, theft, intimidation, attempting to pervert the course of justice and a sexual offence.Christopher Alan Higgs, 29, of Flora Gardens, Helston, appeared before magistrates in Plymouth.He had been arrested at the end of January and is accused of 25 charges which are alleged to have been committed between 2009 and 2013.The allegations include 14 charges of fraud, three charges of attempting to pervert the...
