A HELSTON man caught with 17 bags of cannabis in his car pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to illegal possession of the drug at Penzance in October.Martin Jonathon Davies, 25, of Prospect Row, Ashton, had a female passenger and two children with him at the time, said Alison May, for the CPS.
