A REDRUTH man is set to stand trial at Truro Crown Court accused of assaulting a man and causing him actual bodily harm.
Francis Fletcher, 38, of Loscombe Lane, pleaded not guilty to the charge of assaulting David Dean on December 27, when he appeared before Truro magistrates on Thursday.
Fletcher was granted conditional bail to appear before the Crown Court on March 21.
