A SECOND-TIME drink-driver who tested at more than three times the legal limit had almost run over a pedestrian and was too drunk to string a sentence together, police said.At Truro Magistrates' Court Samuel Mansfield, aged 26 and of Chapel Hill, Perranporth, lost his licence for three years after pleading guilty to drink-driving at nearby Bolingey on New Year's Day.The court heard that he had registered 118 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35mcg.Alison...
