A CARPENTER pulled out a clump of his girlfriend's hair and pushed her after she locked him out of her home, Truro magistrates heard.Daniel Paul Phillips, aged 33, of East Beach, Porthtowan, pleaded guilty at Truro Magistrates' Court to assaulting Karen Stephens at Porthtowan on September 14, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence.Mike Brown, for the defence, said Phillips had been out drinking and understood he would be going back to Ms Stephens' address, only to find she had locked him...
