A THIEF targeted a kiosk near the Blue Reef Aquarium at Towan beach in Newquay last week.The incident took place between 11pm on Saturday, February 1, and 1.30pm on Monday, February 3.Police are looking for a male dog-walker, with a black and white springer spaniel, who may have seen the incident.Witnesses are asked to call the police with information on 101, quoting crime reference GN/14/211.
