A MAWNAN Smith resident is 'absolutely disgusted' after building waste has been dumped by the side of a picturesque country road.
Paul Glover said the 'cowboy flytipper' left an estimated half a tonne of roof tiles in a layby on the road between Mawnan Smith and High Cross, near Constantine.
He has reported it to Cornwall Council, which will have to use tax payers' money to clear it up.
