DANIEL LIAM STAMP, 21, of Meneage Street, Helston, entered no pleas at Truro Magistrates' Court to assaulting Robert Oates causing him actual bodily harm on November 30 at Helston, to possessing an offensive weapon, a metal weightlifting bar in a public place, and possessing cannabis.The case was sent to Truro Crown Court on February 28 and he was given conditional bail.
