MATTHEW HARRIS, aged 19, of Madford Lane, Launceston, has been ordered to pay £100 in compensation to another male after admitting assault by beating at Launceston on December 15. Harris appeared before Bodmin magistrates on January 21 when he was conditionally discharged for 12 months and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
