A MAN faced with two charges of assault at Penzance had committed both of them without any provocation, District Judge Richard Blake heard at Truro.Nathan Ryan Burt, 19, of Polmeere Road, Penzance, pleaded guilty to assaulting Harry Wykes on October 2 by striking him in the face and causing him to stumble backwards, and assaulting Joshua Wooley on August 14, punching and biting him.
