MARIUSZ PAWLOWSKI, aged 25, of Badham Farm Holiday Cottages, St Keyne, has been fined £265 with a £26 victim surcharge and £80 costs after admitting driving a Fiat Panda on Castle Street, Liskeard, on December 13, with 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 35mcg. He was disqualified from driving for 26 months, to be reduced by 26 weeks if he completes an approved course.
