A BUCKSHEAD man has appeared at Truro Crown Court accused of driving and drugs offences.
Jack Harvey, 42, of Polwhele Cottages, who is accused of possessing heroin and amphetamine with intent to supply and of dangerous driving, entered no pleas at a preliminary hearing on Friday.
Harvey was remanded in custody and will appear before the court again on March 7.
