A PENZANCE man aged 75, accused of six offences of breaching a restraining order by contacting his former wife, was remanded in custody for a week at Truro Magistrates' Court after he entered no plea to the charges.William John Watkins, of Taroveor Terrace, was represented by Fred Howell who told the magistrates he would make no bail application as he was concerned about his client's health and wanted to obtain medical reports on him.
