TIMOTHY HEWITT, 20, of Upper Eastcliffe Road, Par, has been banned from driving for 14 months and fined £250 with £85 costs and a £25 victim surcharge after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Fiesta on Carlyon Road, St Austell, on November 19, with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.His ban will be reduced by 14 weeks if he completes an approved course.
