ACCUSED of assaulting her neighbour in St Ives a 40-year-old woman was acquitted of the charge which she denied when she appeared before Truro magistrates, and a restraining order was made against her.Louise Victoria Shorthouse, of Wesley Place, St Ives, was told not to enter the neighbour, Nigel Stevens' address, and was said to have accepted that she should not harass him.Rob Eccleston, for Shorthouse, said the couple had been in a relationship which was now over.The magistrates made an order...
