A man from Buckshead near Truro has appeared in court charged with drugs and driving offences.
Jack Harvey, 42, of Polwhele Cottages, appeared before Truro magistrates on Thursday.
Harvey faced one charge of dangerous driving and two offences of possessing heroin and amphetamine with intent to supply.
He entered no pleas and was remanded in custody.
The case was adjourned to be heard at Truro Crown Court on January 3.
