A CAMBORNE man has been fined swearing at his partner in a supermarket car park.
Jason Willis, 28, of Wheal Gerry, was being driven to mother's house on May 31 by his partner Kelly Marie Godliman when he became abusive.
At Truro Crown Court on Thursday, Ramsay Quaife, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said the argument led her to stop the car at Tesco Extra in Pool.
He said: "He got out of the car, punched and kicked the car and used foul language."
