A man has been found stabbed to death at his home in Feock, near Truro, this morning.
Police were called to a house in Feock at around 7.30 am.
On arrival officers found the man suffering from stab wounds, in what the police believe to be a domestic incident.
He was declared dead at the scene by medical crews.
Neighbour, Chris Young, said: "When it comes so close to your doorstep it is very worrying.
"This is a very quiet area with very few passers-by."
