POLICE were scrambled to an incident involving a man making animal noises at Newquay Library on Friday afternoon at around 3.45pm.Officers were called to Manor Road following reports of a man making "animal sounds" in the town's library, police said.When they arrived the officers found the man incoherent and suspected he may be under the influence of drink or drugs.
