A YOUNG mother took her friend's car, drove it without insurance and had an accident on a Truro roundabout and then failed to report the incident, a court has heard.
Robyn Piper, 20, of Polruan Road, was on her way to buy milk in the early hours of April 1 this year when the Vauxhall she was driving was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen on Trafalgar Roundabout.
