A HELSTON man denied raping and defrauding a woman when he appeared at Truro Crown Court on Friday.Brian Marshall, 59, of Godolphin Road, is set to stand trial accused of a fraud of £26,470 from a woman between 2008 and 2012, a second case of fraud, three of rape and four of other sexual offences.He pleaded not guilty to all nine counts on Friday and the case was adjourned. Marshall was given conditional bail.
