A MAN charged with taking a car and driving it dangerously on the A39 between Camelford to Davidstow in North Cornwall appeared at Truro Crown Court yesterday.
Graham Budge, 30, of Granary, East Lake Farm, Lewdown, Okehampton, Devon, entered no pleas to the charge, which relates to October 9 last year.
Budge was given unconditional bail and is due to appear before the court again for a plea and case management hearing on October 9.
