A BODMIN man is accused of intending to pervert the course of justice by removing the identifying features on a stolen winch.Jonathan Orchard, 37, of Vivian Road, who is also accused of dishonestly receiving stolen goods, entered no pleas when he appeared before Truro Crown Court last Wednesday.He was placed on unconditional bail and is due to appear before the court again on October 2.
