A REPEAT drink-driver was taken off the road for three years at Truro Magistrates' Court after he admitted driving when he was 15 points over the limit for alcohol in blood.Alison May, for the CPS, said police stopped Kyle Davies, 40, of Bay View, Manaccan, when he was driving a van at Porthleven because he did not seem to be wearing a seatbelt.
