A MAN awaiting trial for alleged arson in Redruth has appeared at Truro Crown Court charged with assault in relation to an alleged robbery.Nathan Sully, 24, of Park Close, Park Bottom, Redruth, is due for trial on October 9 facing a charge of assault with intent to cause robbery.He pleaded not guilty and was released on conditional bail.Sully is also due to appear for trial at court on August 27, along with Julian Ward, aged 42, of Trevelyan Road, Redruth, for a separate alleged offence.Both men...
