DAMIAN PAUL ABRAHAM, aged 29, of Jubilee Terrace, Helston, denied assaulting Gemma Spark and a child who cannot be named for legal reasons and was remanded on conditional bail by Truro magistrates to stand trial at the same court on September 9.
