A 12-MONTH conditional discharge has been imposed on a 73-year-old Bodmin man who admitted possessing 0.06g of heroin.Patrick Coughlan, aged 73, of Woods Court, Higher Bore Street, appeared before Bodmin magistrates on Tuesday last week when he pleaded guilty to the offence, which was committed on February 20.Coughlan was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
