A SHOPLIFTER with previous similar convictions admitted stealing rum and steak from two Co-op stores in Penzance when he was before Truro magistrates.Aaron Michael Semmens, aged 30, of Riverside, Angarrack, pleaded guilty to both offences involving property worth £47.78.Alison May, for the prosecution, said Semmens told the police he stole Bacardi to give the bottle to a friend and took the steak to eat himself.
