POLICE in Truro want to speak to witnesses after a man was beaten and mugged near Garras Wharf in Truro on April 17 between 10pm and 11pm.Police confirmed "a number of arrests have been made" in relation to the mugging.The attack and theft is believed to have involved three females, two males and a 47-year-old man who had his mobile phone stolen after being beaten to the ground and kicked in the head.Anyone with information should ring police on 101.
