Spirits stolen

A SHOPPER alerted staff to a heroin-user who ran out of Marks & Spencer with four bottles of spirits worth £80, Truro magistrates heard.Matthew Michael Morris, 38, of Grist Lane, Hayle, pleaded guilty to stealing the drink on February 23. Gail Hawksley, for the CPS, said the staff member saw him outside the shop, holding his bike and his rucksack.
