TWO drug users might have used their benefit money to buy drugs in bulk because it was cheaper, Truro Magistrates' Court was told.Amanda Arji, aged 51, and Craig Philip Payne, aged 34, of Foxes Fields, Penzance, admitted jointly possessing 21.22 grams of heroin at Penzance on January 10.Anita Kennett, for the prosecution, said the drugs were found in the home they shared.
