FOR USING threatening behaviour, a Penryn man was before Truro Magistrates charged with the public order offence and pleaded guilty.Michael Shaun Barringer, 32, of Glen Road, Penryn, told the magistrates he could not remember much about the incident at Penryn on February 27 until waking up in a cell.
